Patrick Pieper is co-owner of North State Drug Testing and the on-site manager who literally has his boots (and tennis shoes) on the ground every single day.
With a solid background in healthcare working at Kaiser Permanente, St. Joseph Health, Blue Shield of California, and Molina Healthcare, Pat brings his strategic acumen to the business. Balancing the needs of employers with face-to-face interactions with candidates requires a delicate dance of dignity that he effortlessly executes without ever tripping over his own two feet.
This New Englander transports his 20+ years of implementing enterprise-wide improvements to the testing facility. He’s on a mission to reduce paper, boost efficiency, and make the testing experience as pleasant as possible. Naturally, Pat is a raving Patriots and Red Sox fan.

Marketing Maven
Liz Goodgold is the silent partner and marketing maven behind the brand bringing her consumer marketing experience to the lab. A former brand manager of a $650 million business at Quaker Oats, Liz marries strategic thinking with creative execution to produce exponential results. She boasts a red-hot client list including ProFlowers, Warner Bros, Meals on Wheels, Abbott Labs, and Pfizer. One of her greatest gifts is translating big-time marketing tactics into repeatable ideas for small business owners.

Anthony Bohdan
Senior Lab Tech
Anthony is the Senior Lab Tech of the facility. Having been with North State Drug Testing for over 4 years, he brings a high level of proficiency, efficiency, and consistency to the business. Known to all of his regulars, Anthony roots for their success as they obtain new jobs and start new lives.
This Reno native loves the local community and can be found at regional sporting events such as the Aces and Wolfpack games.
